Cancellation Policy

All bookings require a non refundable deposit of £5 per person payable by card at time of booking. Remaining amount is payable by CASH ONLY on the day. There will be an additional £10 per person, for booking outwith studio days and hours (All Bookings Before 9 am AND on Sundays & Mondays & Tuesdays) and All Mobile bookings for Dundee. Additional travel cost may apply. Clients who are more than 15 minutes late for an appointment may forfeit the booking. Clients can reschedule the booking ONCE and MUST be done with at least 7 days notice or you may forfeit the booking. ​Please note: Hair must be freshly washed and completely dried on the day of your appointment.
