Studio Policies
Please read before booking to ensure a smooth session.

Lateness: To keep my schedule on track for all clients, arriving more than 15 minutes late will unfortunately result in a forfeited booking and deposit.

Rescheduling: Life happens! You can reschedule your appointment up to 48 hours in advance. Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations within this window.

Premium Times: A £10 surcharge applies for any appointments booked on Sundays, Mondays, Tuesdays, or for early starts (before 9:00 AM).

Hair Prep: Please arrive with dry, freshly washed hair. If hair is damp or wet, I may not be able to achieve your desired style in the allotted time.
