Terms and Conditions for Hair Styling Course

1. Enrollment: By enrolling in the hair styling course, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined herein.

2. Payment: Tuition fees must be paid in full 4 weeks before the course start date.

3. Cancellation and Refund: If a class is cancelled my Hair Ups, a full refund will be given. If you choose to cancel your place in class, refunds are not available including deposits.  This is due to short notice for filling the vacated place in the workshop and the cost of catering and other expenses.

4. Course Schedule: The course schedule, including dates, times, and curriculum, is subject to change at the discretion of the course provider. For each course, requires a minimum number of students for it to proceed. If this number is not reached, the course will be cancelled 3 weeks prior to course commencement. We will make reasonable efforts to notify students of any changes in advance via email.

5. Attendance: Students are expected to attend all scheduled classes. Missed classes can affect your progress, and no refunds or make-up sessions will be provided for missed classes.

6. Conduct: Students are required to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner during the course. Disruptive behavior may result in expulsion without a refund.

7. Materials and Equipment: Students are responsible for tools and materials, as specified in the course requirements.

8. Liability: The course provider is not responsible for any personal injury, damage to property, or loss of personal belongings that may occur during the course.

9. Confidentiality: All course materials and techniques are considered confidential and may not be shared or used for commercial purposes without written consent from the course provider.

10. Intellectual Property: All course materials, including textbooks, videos, and curriculum, are protected by copyright and are for personal use only. Reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.

11. Termination: The course provider reserves the right to terminate a student's enrollment for violations of these terms and conditions or for any other justifiable reason.
